ANNE -LAMERCIE -CÉDAT ACADEMY
Our Mission
Founded in 2011, ALC Academy is an International Organization using arts to bring access to education and well-being to the youth around the globe. Through the arts, we promote: healthy Vegan nutrition, self-esteem, self-worth, financial literacy and sport activities. We strongly value gender equality.
ALC Academy was born out of the desire to honour the legacy left by Spaicy's late grandmother, Anne Lamercie-Cédat (ALC). Mrs. Cédat was born in Haiti and immigrated to Montreal, Quebec Canada in the late 1970s. She had no formal education, but passed on a great knowledge of life to her granddaughter, who then graduated as a teacher, and became an international singer-songwriter and a holistic nutritionist.
Our Objectives
To achieve our mission and to promote diversity, we organize activities such as:
workshops, conferences, masterclass, courses and concerts. We also organize sustainable and humanitarian projects. We have recently started to use new technology for education such as virtual reality.
Our key Objectives
-
Promote quality education to the Youth to improve their lives
-
Promote Gender equality
-
Promote sustainable development.
-
