Food and Music bring people together and these two are my true passions and mission: to bridge the gap between cultures and make people feel good about themselves. My artistic side is also found in my kitchen! Being vegan for many years, I decided to release a recipe book, "Vegan Creole Secrets" through which, just like with my musical inspirations, I draw on the traditional Afro-Haitian heritage for flavors and to make you discover the pleasure of healthy food to maintain optimal health as a vegan and avoid any lack of nutrients.
