Nourrir les Racines is an initiative of ALC Academy and presented by Soul Body Reset.
This is a space where creativity, inclusion, and the celebration of cultural diversity come together to nurture young people’s well-being and strengthen their self-esteem.
We encourage them to dream big, break through inner barriers, and believe in their full potential to shape an inspiring future.

A fun, inclusive, & educational workshop
Designed for young people aged 10 and up, Nourrir les Racines workshops focus on creativity, inclusion, and personal development, while promoting conscious sustainable practices.
This dynamic and interactive workshop begins with a captivating presentation that sparks reflection and gives youth a safe space for authentic self-expression. It continues with a fun quiz highlighting the valuable contributions of
Afro-descendants to society, stories often missing from traditional history books.
To conclude the experience, participants will be preparing tropical vegan smoothies full of flavor and health benefits. This activity will encourage collaboration and togetherness.​
The goal is to promote healthy habits, whether nutritional, cultural, or emotional, to strengthen young people’s overall well-being and emphasize the importance of cultural transmission.
Our mission is to celebrate Afro heritage while inspiring every young person to discover and appreciate the richness of other cultures, fostering inclusion and building a more harmonious future together.
A fun, interactive & educational concert
This interactive youth concert gives young people the opportunity to experience music not only as an art form but also as a way to affirm their identity, create together, and feel valued in an inclusive and welcoming environment.
The concert focuses on three core values: Creativity, Inclusion, and Well-being, with three main objectives:

Stimulate creativity through personal and collective expression in interactive musical activities.
At the end of the concert, a moment of surprise and joy is offered with a prize draw, leaving young participants with a memorable and engaging experience.
